Okay, So I am fairly new at the whole 'magnesium' thing. My parents didn't give us baths in it and we certainly did not have the lotions to rub on. But as time goes on, here I am, 27 years old and raising 2 babies. I have researched what my kids need to be healthy and what is best for them. One of the first things I have read, is about magnesium.
First, the Why? Why do I need to worry about my magnesium levels? Why do I need magnesium?
Next, how do I get it in me?
Internally~ My husband drank Natural Calm, as a kid. It is helpful in sleeping and making sure everything flows good in the body. If you are looking to take a couple sips and be done with it, then I highly suggest this. But getting my kids to take it? Umm... that is a no-go. lol :) My almost 3 year old said, "yucky, I don't like it." And my not even 1 year old, would definitely not drink it.
Externally~
